Castro Suite (Room 1)
 Located on the first floor in the southwest end
of the main building, this is the largest of the guest rooms. There
is a comfortable parlor/sitting room that adjoins the large bedroom,
which has two queen-size iron beds. Ceiling fans in each room.
Description: Cool, white walls and high ceilings
with exposed cypress beam ceilings. The bedroom has an original pine
floor and area rugs, a cast iron stove (not operational), iron beds,
and an English wardrobe with matching dressers. Room is excellent
for mobility impaired or people with disabilities; drive-in shower
with shower seat, railings around toilet, ramp from street for easy
access. Room access and facilities are ADA compliant.
Maximum Capacity is 6 persons.
Rate: $125 plus tax for up to 4
persons (+$12.50
each for 5th or 6th person)
Colonists’ Room (Room 2)
 Located upstairs in the southwest end of the
main building, and shares a bath with room 3;
queen-size bed and ceiling
fan.
Description: Smaller room with a view, white
walls, lovely "porch blue" ceiling, oak headboard on the
queen-size bed; connected to
hallway which leads to restroom and porch. Maximum Capacity
is 2 persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax
Lipan Apache (Room 3)
 Located upstairs on the southwest end of the
main building, shares a bath with room 2, two single beds, ceiling
fan.
Description: Large blue room with a large
Victorian Wardrobe, opens directly onto porch, has adjoining door
with room 4. Maximum Capacity is 3 persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax (+ $12.50 for a 3rd person)
Ebro (Room 4)
 Located upstairs, center; private bath with
shower, one king-size bed, ceiling fan.
Description: Lovely, large, yellow room, with a
king-size bed and a Victorian dresser with
Morris chair; has adjoining door with room 3. Maximum
Capacity is 3 persons.
Rate: $100 plus tax for 2
persons (+ $12.50 for a
3rd person)
Alsatian (Room 5)
 Located upstairs, northwest end; shares bath
with room 6, queen-size bed, ceiling fan.
Description: Large pink room, decorated in
golden oak furniture, queen-size bed. Connected to short hallway to
porch; has adjoining door with room 6. Maximum Capacity is 3
persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax (+ $12.50 for a 3rd person)
John’s Room (Room 6)
 Located upstairs, northwest end; shares bath
with room 5, double bed, ceiling fan.
Description:
Small room has oak furniture, a cedar wardrobe and
an interesting white queen-size
iron bed; has door adjoining with room 5. Connected to hallway with
bath and outside door to porch.
Maximum Capacity is 2
persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax
Gentilz (Room 7)
 Located downstairs in the Bathhouse: Private
bath, double bed, fan.
Description: Small room with double bed, has
beautiful view out of window. Maximum Capacity is 2 persons.
Rate: $90 plus tax
Tree House (Room 8)

Located upstairs in the
Bathhouse: Private bath.
Description: Most popular room for romantic
occasions, room has lots of charm, very small; you enter through low
door 5' 4" (once was a window) from private porch, deck chairs
available. Maximum Capacity is 2 persons.
Rate: $90 plus tax

Miss Ruth’s
Room (Room 9)
 Located on the first floor of the Vance House,
up a short flight of stairs and just east of the main inn building.
Shares a unique bath (tile shower) with room 10, queen-size bed, ceiling
fan.
Description: This comfy and cozy guest room has
a high, plush bed just like grandma's, with a thick comforter. With
pine floors and high ceilings, this room takes you back to the
1850's in ambiance but with modern comforts. Maximum
Capacity is 2 persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax
J.T.’s Room (Room 10)
 Located on the first floor of the Vance House,
up a short flight of stairs and just east of the main inn building.
Shares a unique bath (tile shower) with room 9, queen-size bed, ceiling
fan.
Description: Guest room 10 in the historic Vance
House, is adjacent to the breakfast parlor and reading room. With a
queen-size bed and antique iron headboard. Maximum Capacity
is 2 persons.
Rate: $75 plus tax
Rowena’s Loft
(Room 11)
 Located in the attic of the Vance House
and offering a rustic setting for the adventurous in heart.
Description: A trip up a
narrow flight of attic stairs leads to this typical “grandma’s
attic” with unfinished pine floors, exposed low cypress ceiling
beams, and small windows on each end of the gable roof. Beds made of
cypress and pecan will sleep 6, and since all will use the Vance
House bathroom, the loft is rented along with rooms 9 & 10. Maximum
Capacity is 6 persons.
Rate: $175 plus tax

All rooms have occupant-controlled
air-conditioning. A reduced rate of $800/night + tax is offered if the
entire Inn is rented for 2 nights or more (Rowena’s Loft not included).

Reservation Deposit of
the first night stay required on Visa,
MasterCard or Discover. Deposits refunded, less
a $25 cancellation-processing fee, provided
48-hours notice is given. Deposits forfeited if
less than 48 hours.

Pets and smoking
strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
